James Chueh |
James is an undergraduate student doing a Bachelor of Arts in media and ancient history. He lived and studied in Taiwan before he came to Australia at the age of 16. During his primary school and high school years in Taiwan, he discovered interest in the history of Central Asia, particular the ancient kingdoms on the western border of imperial China (modern day Xinjiang, Tibet and Central Asia) as well as of the nomadic tribes in Mongolia and Siberia. He was motivated to learn more about the interaction between Eastern and Western Civilization throughout Central Asia. James enjoys watching documentaries about ancient history and increasing his knowledge of ancient civilizations in the world.
