Dr. Gábor Kósa |
Gábor Kósa is a Sinologist and a historian of religions. Presently, he is a senior lecturer at the Chinese department of Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) in Budapest. His major research interests include Chinese mythology (especially cosmogonic myths), ancient Chinese wuism (i.e. Shamanic-like practices) and Chinese Manichaeism. As for the third reseach topic, Gabor particularly focuses on the complex relationship between the textual and visual remains of Manichaeism.
